Jenn Williams, PHR, brings 20 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, training management, and program management within large corporate enterprises. Her prior career experience includes Apple, Verizon, and AIG, alongside global leadership in learning and enterprise programs. She applies that foundation to AI enablement, governance, and adoption. Jenn’s experience includes delivering generative AI training for federal leadership audiences. Her work connects leadership intent to the capabilities, decisions, and daily practices that make change sustainable.
A U.S. Army veteran with global enterprise experience, Jenn brings a practical operator mindset to the work — asking what needs to change, who needs to be involved, and how progress will be measured.
