LEADREADY™ · THE FLAGSHIP LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Leadership for the
human + AI workforce.

Build the judgment, people skills, and AI fluency to lead teams through changing work—with practical decisions you can explain and behaviors you can apply.

An Axis Advisory Co. program.
Delivered through Axis AI Labs.

HUMAN LEADERSHIP. EVOLVING WORK.

The work is changing.
Your leadership must grow with it.

Teams still need clarity, coaching, trust, and sound judgment. AI adds new questions about responsibility, quality, capability, and how decisions get made.

LeadReady connects the foundations of effective management with the realities of leading people whose work is changing through AI. Participants examine their readiness, develop priority skills, practice consequential conversations, and translate learning into a development plan.

Designed with attention to the experiences of Black and underrepresented professionals, LeadReady brings an inclusive lens to leadership performance, influence, and opportunity.

EMERGING & NEW MANAGERS

Make the shift into leadership.

Move from doing the work yourself to setting direction, supporting others, and creating the conditions for a team to succeed.

EXPERIENCED PEOPLE LEADERS

Strengthen how you lead.

Build more deliberate habits in coaching, performance, prioritization, and change as team responsibilities evolve.

DIRECTORS & LEADERS OF LEADERS

Lead across the organization.

Develop strategic perspective, executive communication, talent judgment, and influence beyond your direct authority.

TWO DEVELOPMENT PATHWAYS

Built around the leadership
your role asks of you.

MANAGER PATHWAY

Lead people.
Build a stronger team.

For aspiring, new, and developing managers building the habits of effective people leadership.

  • Managing people fundamentals and the identity shift
  • Feedback and coaching
  • Performance expectations and accountability
  • Team building and trust
  • Execution and prioritization
  • Equity and inclusion in everyday leadership

Practice toward: clearer expectations, stronger conversations, and a deliberate rhythm for supporting team performance.

DIRECTOR PATHWAY

Lead leaders.
Connect strategy to execution.

For mid-level leaders and directors expanding their organizational reach and preparing for broader responsibility.

  • Strategic thinking
  • Leading leaders
  • Executive communication
  • Organizational design
  • Talent strategy
  • Change leadership

Practice toward: stronger strategic choices, more effective influence, and clearer alignment across teams.

These are curriculum domains. The modules, activities, and delivery included in a particular program are confirmed before enrollment.

THE LEADREADY LENS

Durable leadership.
AI-era judgment.

Six dimensions connect personal development to the decisions leaders face in a human + AI workforce.

They provide a shared language for reflection, practice, and a focused development conversation.

01

AI Fluency & Governance

Question AI outputs, recognize limitations, and clarify where human review and accountability belong.

02

Human-Centered Leadership

Coach people, build trust, and respond thoughtfully to concerns about changing work.

03

Cognitive Flexibility & Change Agility

Reconsider assumptions, adapt your approach, and lead through ambiguity.

04

Data-Driven Decision Making

Use evidence with context, distinguish signals from assumptions, and explain your reasoning.

05

Horizontal Influence

Build alignment across functions and move work forward beyond formal authority.

06

Ethical Foresight

Consider downstream consequences, fairness, and the people affected by a decision.

THE PARTICIPANT EXPERIENCE

Understand your readiness.
Practice your next move.

A diagnostic-led development journey connects reflection, learning, simulation, and application. The cohort experience is shaped around the audience and agreed scope.

  1. 01 / ASSESS

    Find your development priorities.

Use structured reflection and the AXIS Leadership Index™ approach to identify strengths, gaps, and a focus for learning.

  2. 02 / DEVELOP

Build the skills your role needs.

Work through relevant Manager or Director curriculum, connecting leadership concepts to situations in your own work.

  3. 03 / SIMULATE

Practice before the stakes are real.

Navigate branching scenarios and leadership conversations. Examine your choices, consequences, and alternative responses through debrief.

  4. 04 / APPLY

    Turn insight into a commitment.

Choose specific behaviors to practice, prepare a conversation or leadership action, and record what you learn from trying it.

  5. 05 / MEASURE

Review evidence and refine the plan.

Compare reflection with practice and feedback. Define what progress should look like and carry priorities into a 90-day development plan.

A LOOK INSIDE THE LEARNING

The first week.
A leadership choice.

One developed Manager module, Setting Up a New Direct Report for Success, pairs learning and a knowledge check with the branching “Priya: Week-One Check-In” simulation.

Participants explore how a leader responds to pushback, compare possible paths, and examine what their response means for clarity, support, and accountability.

LEARNING YOU CAN CARRY INTO WORK

A clearer profile.
A more deliberate practice.

The participant’s work becomes a practical development portfolio, connecting what they notice about their leadership to what they will do differently.

A developmental readiness profile

Strengths, gaps, and priorities organized around the LeadReady dimensions, with questions to explore through practice and feedback.

Practice and reflection records

Scenario decisions, debrief insights, and application commitments that make the reasoning behind leadership choices visible.

A focused development plan

A near-term behavior commitment and 90-day priorities, with observable actions, support needed, and review points.

Developmental insight needs context. A self-assessment reflects a participant’s perspective; simulation performance reflects a practice setting. Neither establishes workplace effectiveness or promotion readiness on its own. Progress is reviewed through application and appropriate feedback. No career outcome or business result is guaranteed.

FOR HR, L&D & BUSINESS SPONSORS

Give development
a practical purpose.

Start with the leadership behaviors your organization needs to strengthen.

Discuss the audience, pathway, relevant scenarios, and opportunities to apply the learning. Agree what participants will produce, how feedback will be used, and how development progress will be reviewed.

LeadReady is Axis Advisory Co.’s flagship leadership program, delivered through Axis AI Labs, our education and capability-building arm.
