THE CHALLENGE

Access is a start.
Adoption takes practice.

Benefits and insurance teams already had access to an enterprise AI assistant. They needed a plan for adoption: which tasks to start with, what must never go into the tool, and how to keep the habit going after the trainer leaves.

The training had to build confidence through the team’s own work, with clear governance and repeatable workflows.

HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS

Content, delivery,
and follow-through.

01 · Axis Advisory

Licensed content

Proprietary AI adoption and workforce-enablement training content, licensed to Integrated AI for use with its clients.

02 · Integrated AI

Client relationship

The partner sells, scopes, and owns each client engagement. End-client names are withheld.

03 · Jenn Williams

On-site delivery

Delivery as part of the partner’s team: leading sessions, facilitating hands-on practice, and building supporting materials.

THE APPROACH

Governance first.
Hands on early.

Each engagement ran over two days, with role-based tables so people practiced on work that looked like their own. Five delivery principles shaped the experience.

Governance before tools

Teams learn what is safe to enter and where human review is required before they start prompting.

In the tool before lunch

Foundations stay short—about two hours—so participants spend the rest of the day working in the assistant.

A few anchor prompts

Three or four prompts per day get practiced in depth. The rest become take-home material.

Everyone drives

Participants rotate through driver, checker, editor, and scribe roles, with everyone getting time in the driver’s seat.

I do, we do, you do

The facilitator models a task, the group repeats it together, then each person works independently.

Sessions opened with a short baseline poll of current AI use and confidence and closed with an end-of-course survey. These instruments supported reflection and follow-up planning.

BEYOND THE ROOM

A plan for
the next 30 days.

Each engagement included a follow-up plan: a recap email, office hours in the first weeks, a 30-day review, and a brief for managers on supporting their teams.

Working materials were prepared in advance and tested on realistic file sizes, so practice time could focus on learning. The review plan creates a way to examine use, barriers, and progress after the workshop.

WHAT TEAMS TOOK AWAY

Clear rules.
Useful workflows.
A way forward.

  • Clear rules for what belongs in an AI assistant and what does not.
  • A short list of repeatable prompts tied to recurring work.
  • Named champions and a plan for reinforcing use.
  • A baseline for the planned 30-day adoption review.
