AI READINESS

AI Readiness Snapshot.
A clear place to start.

A focused assessment of your people, workflows, and readiness for AI. Get a written view of the gaps, priority opportunities, and next steps before committing to a larger initiative. Starting at $2,500 USD.

THE OFFER

Clarity before
a bigger commitment.

Axis Advisory Co. helps you assess where AI could be useful, what needs to be ready, and which next step makes sense for your organization.

Starting investment
$2,500 USD · final scope confirmed in a proposal
Engagement
A focused readiness assessment with written recommendations
Decision supported
Where to begin, what to address first, and whether to proceed

The Snapshot is the entry point for a defined business area or workflow challenge. Broader assessments across multiple teams, deeper prioritization, and implementation are scoped separately. You receive recommendations you can use to decide what comes next; a follow-on engagement is optional.

WHO IT IS FOR

For leaders who need
a practical starting point.

HR, People & L&D leaders

Your people have access to AI, but confidence, responsible use, and everyday capability vary. You need to know what preparation will help.

Operations & transformation leaders

You see slow handoffs, repeated work, or inconsistent outputs. You need a useful starting workflow and clear human ownership.

Business leaders & sponsors

You are being asked to invest in AI without a shared view of priorities, readiness, or what success should look like.

Suitable for a focused team or business unit within a growing organization or larger enterprise. Fit depends on the decision, stakeholder involvement, and complexity—not headcount alone. Government requirements can be discussed through the government and teaming route.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A written assessment.
A usable next step.

Readiness summary

A concise view of current conditions, strengths, gaps, and constraints across workforce capability, ownership, leadership support, and responsible use.

Prioritized opportunity shortlist

Candidate workflows or use cases considered against business usefulness, feasibility, and readiness, with the rationale for the recommended starting point.

Recommended next-step roadmap

A sequence of actions, decisions, owners to confirm, and evidence to gather before a pilot or larger engagement.

Axis reviews the findings with you so the recommendation is clear and actionable. The proposal defines the business area, stakeholder input, materials reviewed, and depth of analysis included in your Snapshot.

What a recommendation could look like

For a recurring leadership report, the next step might be to standardize inputs, name a reviewer, confirm an approved AI tool, and capture a time-and-quality baseline before testing an assisted draft.

Illustrative recommendation—not a completed client Snapshot or a promise of savings.

HOW IT WORKS

From a business question
to a decision.

1. Agree the focus

We discuss your challenge, stakeholders, and intended decision. Axis confirms scope, price, and schedule in a written proposal before work starts.

2. Assess the current state

Axis gathers the agreed stakeholder input and reviews relevant workflow information, existing AI use, and readiness conditions.

3. Review the recommendation

We walk through the findings, opportunity priorities, and recommended actions so you can choose your next move.

Your involvement: a business sponsor, access to the agreed stakeholders, and approved information about the work. Timing is agreed during scoping and depends on access and availability. Please keep confidential information out of the public inquiry form.

BEFORE YOU INQUIRE

Questions about
the Snapshot.

Is $2,500 the total price?

The Snapshot starts at $2,500 USD. The agreed scope and stakeholder involvement determine the final price, which is confirmed in your proposal before work begins.

How is this different from the Readiness + Prioritization Sprint?

The Snapshot is the focused entry assessment. A broader Readiness + Prioritization Sprint is listed at $5,000–$7,500, depending on scope. We agree the depth and outputs before recommending either option.

Does the Snapshot include implementation or training?

The Snapshot provides assessment and recommendations. Production implementation, integrations, formal technical or security audits, and training delivery are separate scopes. Relevant IT, security, and legal owners remain involved in their areas of responsibility.

Do we need to have an AI tool already?

No. We can discuss readiness before tool selection or examine a focused challenge where approved AI tools are already available.

How long does it take?

We confirm the schedule after agreeing the focus, stakeholder availability, and information needed. Your proposal defines the timing and review points.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

Your inquiry goes to Axis for review. We follow up using the email you provide to clarify your needs and arrange a conversation. If there is a fit, you receive a scoped proposal. Submitting the form does not book a meeting, reserve delivery dates, or commit you to a purchase.
